Martin gives Morgan third pole success

Maxime Martin will start the first ever FIA GT3 European Championship night race from pole position after posting the fastest time in the second qualifying session, and the fastest lap of the weekend so far, in the #101 AutoGT Racing Morgan Aero Super Sport.  This will be his second pole position, and the team’s third, in four races.  Thomas Mutsch put the #1 Matech GT Racing Ford GT on the front row, missing out on the teams second pole position by just 0.030 seconds.  Phil Quaife heads up row 2 in the #56 CRS Racing Ferrari 430 Scuderia, with Florian Gruber claiming another second row start for the #28 Fischer Racing Ford GT.
